I have a question. Can you interchange a 353D and a 453D in tractors. What tractor would be best.

I"d check the fuel jumper tubes first. Make sure they are tight but not overly tight and no cracks. Then I would replace all the crush washers under the fuel towers.

There is a few different ways for this to happen. An injector is leaking down or the fuel rail jumpers are cracked at the flared fittings and or the gear driven lift pump is leaking and the vent is plugged with dirt or the pipe plugs were never removed when it was installed. It needs to be vented with the correct pipeplug removed. Hope this will get u on the right track

there should be a 3-4 inch tube hanging down from the pump. if yours is not there im sure it can be made from a piece of steel brake tube and fitting. and it should be hanging as close to straight down as possible and close to the engine block.if its there make sure its not plugged.
