best way to remove wheel

I need to replace a rim on my 1800c, what is the best way to take off the wheel, remove the 9 bolts on the rim or remove the 3 brackets off of the hub?

Remove the 9 bolts on the hub. The three clamps would be a bear to get loose and I have never seen someone do it that way. The 9 bolts are easier.

I take a hydraluic jack that jacks side ways and pop them right off.

Take the tire and tube off the rim, then take the rim off the cast center. put them back to gether the same way. When you tighten down the rim, make sure you have it straight on the hub, then tighten each bolt a little at a time. That way the tire wont wobble so much going down the road.
