At the museum where I work we have an Oliver Red River Special 28x46 threshing machine. Its serial number is 51598. Can anyone tell me what year it was made?

| Thanks for the info. We also have a Red River Special built by Nichols and Shepard before the merger with Oliver. Its serial number is 38389. Can you date that one too?

| Nichols and Shepard model 28X46 separator with serial number 38389 was built in 1926.
