I am restoring a plow that has " The Cover Board" brand cover boards on it. I want to have decals made but we can only make out the "the C B" the small print cannot be made out. Dose anyone have a board with good print or know what Co. made these? We put these on our plows in the 60s they were painted orange. Thanks |

| I know what you're talking about we had them on our semi mounted plows. this is on an older two bottom 214HD plow, the ones I'm looking for were painted orange and the name on the back was The Cover Board , we put them on our old plows as an add on in the 60&70s. I'm just trying to get info on the smaller print to have decals made |

| | You didn't say what model of plow you are restoring. There were two styles of cover boards. One was longer with a twist. The other looked like a clam shell. The Oliver 3 point plows as well as the model 4240(late) 4340 4440 5440 5540 and 5760 plows could be ordered with cover boards directly from Oliver. They were painted green, just like the back side of the bottoms. Both models had the small "Oliver" decal painted on the back. |
