How does a White 271 disk stack up against competitors. I am looking at a rock flex model. I need that feature. Krause seems to be the big seller around here. |

it has a different design compared to others. the front gang is staggered. the inside gangs are where you would expect them to be but the wings are set back a couple feet. don't know how well it performs but we are thinking of purchasing one ourselves. they seem to sell cheaper than other models and they look to be heavy enough.

I saw a Krause model 90 for sale on internet. Is it a rugged model? A friend has an IH 496, so I know a little about that model.

I have no expirence with a white or krause disks but I can say the metal IH and CaseIH use in there blades is far better then John Deere. We have both and the blades wear down way faster on the john deere and on the case ih with "earth metal" blades

Spend more $ and get a Krause or IH, otherwise you will always wish you would have.
