I should be able to help with a cat part#. I work there and also have a 2-180 and 2255. If you have a serial number (90nXXXXX nore than likely)I can go off that. Cant remember the number now but was told the dipstick was discontinued. The engine serial number is 90N4982. We looked it up at the cat dealer and it shows about 3 potential part numbers all incorrect. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.   [Reply]  [No Email]

You are correct there are 3 different ones. Only one gave me a price of 18.27. But all said replaced contact dealer. There has to be one out there somewhere. Ask about cat classic parts.
