Both of my Olivers have a round 2 terminal power plug at the rear. One post is 12v the other is ground. Where can you get the male plug that fits this socket? I'd like to power a light at the back of some implements and make an adapter so when I pull a hay trailer I can run the clearance lights while on the road.

Maybe the easy thing to do is just to change the recepticle on the tractor(s) to something a little more modern like a 4 prong connector. I just like keeping things as original as possible. I also looked today and my MF 97 also has the same plug--so I might try Massey parts to see if they can come up with anything.

the scale on both our feed grinder/mixer and our mixer/feed wagon use that same plug as a power wire to feed 12 volt to the scale indicator. I got a replacement a few years back, from the Scale Department at Sioux Automation Center in Sioux Center IA their phone number 712-722-1488. They are a real freindly and helpful place, and do phone orders and ship daily.

Cheif 83:
Here is a photo of the light with the plug-in that you are looking for.  The opotional light is shown in the parts book for the 77 / Super 77 tractors in the electrical section.  The plug-in that you are looking for is not shown seperately, only as part of the complete light.  They are relly hard to find.
John Deere also offerec this light as an option in their tractors in the same time period.  I have 2 of the lights and was able to get a couple of lens from JD for my lights several years ago.   I don't know if JD used the same plug. I'm sure that GM's Delco Light division made the light for both companies and porbably more.  JD has a flasher in their circuit for the light where Oliver did not.  The holder that the light sits in is the same as the holder for SMV signs.  The Oliver fender brackst is nearly impossible to find.
