We bought a 1600 Wide front last week and I have never been around one of these I tryed to top off the oils and is the trans rear fill right by the shifter and the check plug behind the rear axal I have to do some work on it to figure out if it is worth rebilding the motor and re sealing the hydro power or not drives grate just has a knock in the motor and the leaky hydro power what oil would be beter or thicker in there 30wt or 15w40 to see if the knock will quiet down it dont smoke unless you put a load on and back off the throtel

Is it a gas or diesel? Have you taken an oil sample and sent it to a lab to see if you have abnormal amounts of metal in the oil. Can you make the noise go away?

It is a gas and it dont realy start knocking untel it gets over 1000 rpms I have never sent any sampels of oil in to be tested will they be abel to tell if it is rist pin bushings or bearings on the rods or mains how mutch oil do I need to send off do I deed to run the tractor for a wile first the guy I got it from said it needs a oil change any way what do these test cost
