Cab question

hey guys, I'd like to get a cab for my 1850 for in the winter time. I'm just tired of freezin' my self to death when I have to haul manure, push snow, etc.... I found a couple off of craigslist for cheap, but do I have to specifically get one for an 1850 or will any oliver 4 digit series cab fit?

Thanks!

Oh, I don't plan on leaving it on year round, just in the winter when I'd like a little heat and a wind break. I don't really care for cabs as far as looks and absolutely don't want a cab in summer if it doesn't have A/C

Get yourself a good heat houser. You"ll be surprised how much more comfortable you will be with the engine heat blowing back on you. And it will be a lot less hassle than trying to make a cab fit.

I'll second that. I bought a custom fit for mine. As far as the original question,I'd say it depends on the cab. I will tell you,the hood is wider and the platform is longer than on a 1550-1600-1650.

On my 1650 gas i have one of those cabs with a heat houser on the bottem and glass with a roof on top. If you plan on removeing each year its a good compromise. There are pictures on this site of it.
