We finaly got the rims painted and new tires put on in november and I got the picturs on here
Some of you wanted to see the steps I put on when I was asking questions about steps before
I found 2 steps on a flee market off a 706 IH I thought they would be easy to get where I wanted becous you could drill a new hole and put the step at eny hight or position but I ended up using the factory holes and there is not mutch diferance frome side to side
went to the iron geting place and got 2 pises 1/2 in thick something by 1foot I cant remember how tall they were and drilled the 3 holes to bolt on the tractor I was abel to self Center punch them by taking off the back corner of the sheet metal on the right side and copyed to the other ( punch one hole drill bolt hole bolt it on tractor and punch another drill and repeat for the thrd) then I tried to drill and put threds in at the back for the IH part to bolt to I managed to get the treds put in right at the top where it materd (might not be enough room for a nut and lock washer ) but had to put nuts on the back at the botom I painted and bolted on after they were dry and found out that 1/2 in was not thick enough to keep it from flexing imbetween the transmition and the tub and it wrinkeled the paint other than that the hight is the same as our 1755 set for short legged folks and it is in the low position on the 880 they are in a good spot for geting on and off and filling up with gas had to do something to get past the power traction hitch with coverhals on it winter
This thing would not lut me put up any more pics I have the tractor and the left side in the tractor pics section but it would not lut me put the right side up for some reason
