Are these diesel engines internally or external balanced? Can a 1655 flywheel be used on a 310 engine without it shake itself to pieces? I have a big 310 engine almost ready for balancing except for flywheel. I still need this. The balancing shop asked if the flywheel is weighted for balance or neutral. I don't know.
Also, where can I get a certified flywheel for these? I am looking at using the 1655 diameter and double or tripple disc clutch. I am putting this in a 1655 for local pulls and playing.
