how does a cockshutt 570 compare to a wd9 in power and size?

My 570 Wide front Diesel with 18.4 x 34 rears weighs approximately 7500# with no fluid or weights and dynos at 80 HP on a stock engine. Can't help you on the WD9.

The WD9 will gross probably over 10,000 if weighted and fluid in tires. Only 50 horse or so. Don't know about the Ollie.

The WD-9 made 46 HP on the belt at Nebraska. The Cockshutt 570 was RATED at 61 PTO HP, according to external_link...

That must be a 570 Super? I can see that out of the DD 339 but not out of the 298

No J. not a Super just an extra good running 570, also have a 35 deluxe with a upgraded engine that will pull 52 HP on the dyno.

35 had new engine when I bought it.Upgraded version of a 198. 4 in. bore instead of 3 3/4.,bigger crank journals etc. and electronic ignition. Came new from hercules factory.That is about all I know.
