The OEM line is 1/4 inch steel tubing with two 1/4 inch inverted flair fittings.

Costs about $16 new.

Thanks Bruce for the quick response. (I have three copies of the items for tip's to remember. Great reading material) Cheers, Murray

A standard 30 inch brake line from the local car parts place
can be bent to fit and has the correct type/size fittings already
so you don't have to worry about flaring it. 1/4 inch as said.
Obviously not OEM, but a cheap, reliable replacement.

You can get the correct pre-bent N-Series Tractor fuel line from places like this -click on LINK below. If you don't have a tube bender and the correct fittings, best to spend the $16 and get one. Most of recommend NOT using rubber, nylon, or copper tubing for fuel -it's just practical common sense.
