2N 8N 9N belly mount disc plow

I have acquired a disc plow that I am told fits between the front and rear wheels on an N Series Tractor. I'm not sure if it fits them all or only a select few. There is no nameplate identification anywhere on this plow. Has anyone ever seen or heard of this? I would like to find out some information concerning this that would help mount this on the tractor. If anyone has any information or pictures, that would be a BIG help. I've tried searching this on my own but so far have come up empty. THANKS in advance for your help!!

Hey Mulehead,

As often happens, you've probably tried to post a photo and failed.

[b:40fcc735b3]Two things:[/b:40fcc735b3]

FIRSTLY:
You need to have a few posts (5 or 6 I think) before you can upload a photo.

SECONDLY

Photo Attaching

Forget that big "Choose File" button lower down that you've probably tried.
That method hasn't worked since this YT Forum developed problems a while back, where the normal photo uploading method ceased to function as did the option to go back and EDIT (change) what you had posted.

Below where I am typing this to you right now,
You'll see: ADVANCED POSTING TOOLS in a [color=red:40fcc735b3]red banner heading.[/color:40fcc735b3]

In the blue colored options there, click:
[b:40fcc735b3]Upload Photo[/b:40fcc735b3]

THEN in new pane that opens --> [b:40fcc735b3]Choose File[/b:40fcc735b3]

THEN ---> [b:40fcc735b3]Upload [/b:40fcc735b3]

THEN if you are satisfied that the visual preview is your chosen photo,
click the [b:40fcc735b3]CONTINUE[/b:40fcc735b3] button just above the little preview of your photo.
the photo link will appear in the text body of your post.

Finally, click the usual big [b:40fcc735b3]SUBMIT[/b:40fcc735b3] button that you normally use to post a message.

Don't worry about filling in all the other fields in that pane; i.e., Make, Model, Year etc. It isn't necessary to add that info.

Say , check this sight out www.ploughmyfield.com ,that guy has every thing
first time i saw a mid mounted disk plow
Wayne
can't remember which one had the disk plow sorry !
He has 20 + videos !!

yes there was one. I hauled 1 to the scrap yard probably been 20+ years ago still hooked to the unit. Sorry don't remember how it hooked up.

these pictures show a mid mount disc plow on a TO20 Ferguson

they may or may not help you out, but based on these pictures I hope you got all of the plow and its attachment points. Or you will be working in the shop for a while getting this old boy going. the picture shows the right side lift arm down rod taken off, the lift point attachment point is to the right side lift arm support, etc, do not know what type connection they used.
good luck, hope the pictures help.

There was one on Palmer Fossum's sale. They are quite an interesting piece of equipment! I thought I had a pic, but can't find it now. Maybe contact Loren Fossum to see if he knows anything about them?

Do a search for Ford-Ferguson disc terracer and Ferguson terracing plow. Probably a Ferguson model A-FO-20. Used to build terraces in fields.
