I wanted to take a second to thank the regulars on here for all the help over the last few months. With your help, I have a beautifully running '52 8N. I have rebuilt the carb, put electronic ignition on her, replaced rear axle shafts and hubs and done general maintenance.
I currently only have a back blade and a draw bar attachment along with a 2 gang set of drag discs. But use it to maintain my 1/8th mile driveway and opened up a large garden for next year.
With the little things I have done so far, I have a 64 year old tractor that starts as if it was fuel injected, has great oil pressure and idles so smoothly that I swear the 400 RPM idle speed could go even lower without her stalling.
Again thanks to the experts for great advice! I hope everyone else appreciates the advice too.
