60 years ago I used to mow with this setup, now I have forgotten how they were attached. Does anyone have a photo or a schematic showing how the 8N was adapted to the mower?
Thank you.

Take a piece of black iron pipe that fits in the mounting clamps of the mower, and weld ends into it with pins that match the holes on the lower 3-point arms.

Here's a photo (found on the 'net).

There was a hand lift attachment available for the #5 mower.

Obviously, various remote hydraulic setups have been put together for the "N's", as well.

Many years ago, my late Uncle had an 8N he made a swinging drawbar attachment for it that had a large framework bolted to the rear casting (where the factory swinging drawbar would attach).

He attached a mount to that to attach the mower, leaving the 3-point arms free to operate a cable lift he put together.

Wish I shad a photo of that!
