Sometimes they just don't know what they have.
Other times they don't know that a "great running", "completely restored"
tractor should actually hit on all four cylinders and shouldn't have
blue smoke coming out of the tail pipe like a mosquito fogger.
It's painted so who am I to say? :roll:

Craigslist is a free service, not knocking CL itself.
People are people though so all things will be abused.
