Fuse block wiring question - not tractor related

I am restoring an old 1959 Dorsett - had an old fuse block which I have been able to find another which is similar - the only thing is that it did not come with a wiring diagram - just how does one wire this block:

There is a bar at each side of the block - does one side take power in and then from the other side of the fuse holder to the light/whatever then ground wire back to other side bar?
Thank you

Yes. One side of that bar is power in. The other side is suppose to be your ground bus bar.
I picked up a separate ground bus bar when I did my project. I like the ones from the house hold
wiring section at Home Depot. These are the aluminum strips that can usually be found inside the
house hold electrical box. Several available screws and two can be removed to run mounting nut/bolts
through. Cheap and safe. Cheaper than what you paid for that shiny brass thing.
