8n water in oil

engine has water in oil ...... tractor has been ran hott pulled head off and cannot find anywhere it could have leaked .... (i have seen a 203 perkins diesel in a 255 MF crack the cylinder walls behind a sleeve from being run hot) got gas filled in the water jackets now looking for a leak ....waiting to see how much seeps through ....has anyone else seen this happen before? tractor ran without skipping at all no sign of water in combustion chamber ...when tractor came to shop i replaced radator ..water pump and installed a new thermostat( tractor would boil over in short time even after leaving water level just lil bit low acted as if compression pressure may have been getting in radator ... then pressure was placed on the cooling system as the thermostat had been removed ...and i put it back in ...(ps checked twice already to make sure it was put in the hose the correct way ) what have yall seen?TIA IHSMOKE

IHSMOKE,It could be from a cracked cylinder bore in the block leaking around past a sleeve .Drop the pan and look for drips up around the sleeves when you have if filled with gas.You may have to have the cooling system pressurized to find the leak.

my radiator pressure tester wont work on this tractor ...the neck is too deep for it to seal have to come up with another way to do it ugh ....
