I am looking to remove the center bolt on my 1952 8n tractor. I removed the brake hub and cannot seem to remove the center bolt, also is there some kind of spring in there that can shoot out and take out a knee cap after I eventually get this removed ? What size socket is used to remove this and I am reading it is set to like 350+ lbs of pressure. I am reading about retainer wires but have cleaned off the area and do not see any wires or snap rings to remove. I am trying to get to the bearings and also replace a broken wheel stud. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
