Well, to me it looks like a cream puff. The paint looks weathered, so it has been on there for a long time, but it also looks like a pro paint job, and not badly worn. I'm thinking that it was painted the owner's "company colors" when new, and for most of its life was operated by the owner of a small business. Loader and hoe don't have to mean abused, like most dairy farm equipment is. Mark, I think that you should go buy it.
