I have a big r near me that sells gear lube and hydraulic fluid called "Ford EP90 Harvest King Trans-hydraulic fluid I am looking to change my fluid in my 8n, Is this fluid compatible?.

Hard to say since I can find no data on the product. From the label it would appear to be an SAE 90 EP gear oil which is what Ford recommended in 1940.

In this context it stands for Extreme Pressure. It would indicate that the oil has a category of additives (historically sulfur or chlorine based) in it that are designed to protect parts that run against each other under heavy surface pressures. EP lubricants are commonly used in drive axles, transmissions, and to a lesser degree hydraulic systems.
