Royse,
It's been a week now with the ATF and it's still very stuck. The "BF screwdriver" won't budge the ring gear at all.
You said to rock it back and forth. This maybe a dumb question, but how hard should I rock it? Which gear is best? The tractor has the sherman overdrive on it too. Should I engage that lever up or down?
I am unsure if I should gently rock it a couple of times back and forth per day or if I should get a little more muscle involved. When should I add more atf?
I know better than to get too vicious with it but I can't see how rocking it will break anything. I got it home but won't be able to get it inside until later this fall since I have very limited space. So I do not want to disassemble it yet. Thanks for all your help.
