I think I'll blame Howdy1960

I know its not his fault but I can still blame him!
This morning he said I needed another project.
Then this jumped on my trailer and followed me home.

1950 side mount 8N, front blade with two sets of skids and a set
of caster wheels that pin on to maintain height, blade also has
limiter chains on the front for quick adjustment. Disk, plow,
scoop, middlebuster, boom pole, spare rim blanks,
Boxes of parts and almost new tire chains still in the truck.

Runs good, sheet metal is better than many I see, tires fair
and usable. It will need some TLC on oil leaks for sure.
Guess I needed something to do while the other paint dried. ;)

I thought you might get a chuckle out of that Howdy.
It was 50 miles each way and I had to make two trips.
Took about 5 hours out of the day but the Farmall paint
was dry when we got finished so all was well. :D

That's quite a haul you got there. Nice find indeed. I admire your ambition - I spent the day in the lake and in the AC avoiding the heat.

So neither one of made it to the big tractor pulls this year Scott!
Got to meet some very nice people this way though.

I'm going to keep this boom pole and sell my old one.

Probably sell the plow, middlebuster, disk and scoop too
since I already have them. It was a package deal.

He had been using the plow as is but it needs a lot of work.
Moldboards and shares at least. It does have coulters and
jointer arms and chains. Somebody can probably ID it from
the picture. I think it may be a Dearborn Economy. Tag is on
it but painted over and I haven't had a chance to clean it off.

If you're interested in any of it shoot me an email.
I'll keep it off CL that way until you're ready for it.
I still have the engine here too if you want to mess with it.
I haven't taken it out of the tractor yet though.

You sir, have luck like my youngest brother when it comes to good deals, both of you could fall through
an out house floor and come up with a gold nugget.... 8)

Can't afford to give her a raise, I just bought a tractor! ;)

Here's a couple of the new parts that were in the boxes.
Don't find too many originals anymore.

u did tell her it was howdy's fault, right? ;)

I saw that and thought, I'll bet Royse would like that! LOL!

I may be interested in the 3 point disc and possibly the plow. Email should be open.

I seriously considered going to the pulls, but they're not what they used to be and it was just too darned hot to rub elbows with the fair crowd.

I sent you an email through YT Andy, not sure if it came through.
