That's a disk plow alright. Not the same machine as a oneway. Another name for a oneway is a disk tiller.

There was an old IHC three bottom disk plow sitting in the corner of a field south of town for decades.
 
its ashame they let it get down in the ground, probably the disc blades or rusted off or so thin they will break if it hits a rock or root.

they were great plows back it the day to break up rough ground with rocks and roots, where flat bottom plows feared to tread.

they do leave the ground rougher, but maybe a bit easier to pull,
I looked for a long time to fine a 3 pt hitch disc plow in reasonable good order for my tractor.
