My version of the Custom Valve Compressor

Thanks to some old forum posts that I researched for the inspiration.

I made mine with a twelve dollar C-Clamp from TSC and maybe 30 to 45 minutes of grinding.

Works pretty well.

Critiques always welcome, especially if it helps the next guy.

Three pictures: The raw clamp sized up with the chamber. A view of the bottom foot re-ground. A view of a test fitting with some new valve hardware during grinding.

I just noticed the last pix YOU don't need any type of spring compressor to assy the valve assy.. The ONLY time a spring compressor comes in handy is if the valve guide is stuck and you can not free it up in a reasonable time frame... MY time frame is RAT now YMMV...
