Ford 8N running lean

Working an 8n sputtering under load. I took off the carb and cleaned it, really wasn't that dirty. Reinstalled and drove the tractor but it sputters at full throttle. If I pull the choke about half on, it smooth's right out.
I can't find any vacuum leaks so what else should I be looking at?
Thanks

All it takes is a spec of dirt/rust in those small passages.
If you didn't run a wire through them you may have missed it.

SG asked what the main jet is set at, valid question/solution.
If it's out two turns or more, or it doesn't make a difference
when adjusted, you likely missed a piece of crud in a passage.

I just had a similar problem, would only run with choke half way out, went thru the carb and then I had no spark. I was advised to check the points, that bad points could cause that also. I put a new set of points and condenser in and all was good. I know it is not the same problem but may be worth checking.
