I have entered a couple parades and want to fly some small american flags on the tractor front and possibly a larger flag in the 3 point hitch area, does anyone have a picture of home made flag holders attached to the front lights. I would like something that i could just slide the flags into when i get there, does anyone have a picture of a flag holder they made or bought for a large flag mounted in the rear of the tractor, not crazy about drilling holes in finders or hood for these flag holders. any help appreciated. Oh this is for an early 8n 1947

I just did that Friday for our show . I used some heavy ga. crimp on terminals . I used 1/4 eyes and a wire size about the size of 3/16 , it matched my flags stick size . And they bend to any angle ! These wern't common thickness , but hd like for 50 amp circuit ....

On the rear fender I used a work light bracket. I fastened the flag to a piece of plastic tubing and slid it over a 2ft. section of all-thread that I bolted to the light bracket.

Pixer Maybe make something up like an umbrella holder for the back flag. Also 1 or two magnetic bull dog clips for each of the front flags.

I took my boom pole and welded a small pipe inside the end of it. Put the boom pole on my tractor and slipped the flag pole into the small pipe that I welded inside.
With the top link at it's shortest setting the 3'X4' flag is up there about 8' at the bottom.
I usually install it when I go to a show.
The pipe inside does not affect use of the boom pole at all.
