A few pics from the show last weekend

Not many Fords there, featured tractor was Deere this year.
Dale C had his 8N there and there were at least three more
8N's there but I failed to get pictures of them.
It was too danged hot to take a lot of pictures!
We had a good time though. Met up with quite a few YT guys.
Dale C, Tracto-man, SuperTrucker, Dave Hammond to name a few.
Hope you guys had as good a time as we did!

Crispy was there.

This 430 caught my eye, looked like a nice straight machine.
I think this might belong to Nick's family but I'm not sure.

My little Farmall two seater parade tractor. Needs and umbrella!

This Case SC was parked nearby. Had green lichens all over it.
Also had remote hydraulics, Eagle hitch and from what I could
see, other than the gray primer, original paint.
I only heard it run from across the field but is sounded like a
Swiss watch from that distance. Smooth and quite.
If I owned it I would display it just like it is.

I put a For Sale sign on my little Allis C. It sold right after
I backed it on the trailer to bring it home. so I delivered it.
It should serve his intended purposes very well.
No more skiing pictures! If any of you have driven an Allis
B or C in first gear, you know how far fetched that was! LOL

This Cockshutt was fixed up very nicely. Its a bit unusual being diesel.

And one of the pretty Deeres. I like the unstyled A's and B's.
If the mag is set right they don't start all that hard.

I wish you had too Scout, you'd have had a good time.
The field looks pretty empty in my pictures but there were
a lot more tractors there than are pictured.
I didn't get any pictures of the Fordsons this year and there
were at least six or eight of them there with SuperTruckers' group.
Plus all the cool toys those guys always bring.
Like Joe's "Almost". Almost a tractor, almost a car.
2 1/4 HP, 18 MPH.

I am by no means an expert on the high crops miner09, so
take this with a grain of salt but my understanding is they
were conversion done after they left the factory.
So technically none built by Ford?
I am open to being corrected as I have no documentation.
I think they are very cool and would love to have one.
Ed Douglas is building one. That will be nice to see when done.

This was probably the finest restoration at the show.
A quick Google search will tell you that the Badder's own
one of the oldest Deere dealerships in Michigan.
They are wonderful people and do exceptional work. I was glad
to see that this family owned tractor was trusted to their family.
I noted that the sign did not say that the dealership had done
the restoration but I did not get to talk to Don to ask.

"It was nice meeting up with you at the show. Got to see Crispy too. Dave"

It was great to meet you and your wife Dave!
I got a big kick out of the "show police" asking what we were selling.
The look on the guy's face when I told him tractor parts was priceless! LOL
Please feel free to come visit whenever you like.

Did you get a chance to try the BBQ?
It may not be everyone's favorite but I like it.
Joan doesn't like their coleslaw because it has a bite to it.

very few you can bet! id like to know what the parts are that they used to build it with, looks neat!

I got a couple more pics of JD's and some pics of the field of tractors, just haven't loaded them yet. Got my Mom hooked on Allis Chalmers now, LOL.
