Saturday was a pretty full day that started out with me going to retrieve my cow from the farm where she was being "serviced." Then had to repair the tongue on my baler where a weld broke as I was moving it out of the shed.
Finally got to raking in the early afternoon, and did both the established alfalfa as well as the oats I cut the other night.
Finished that up, and the alfalfa felt ready, so I drop baled it, and then started on the oats. Got a couple times around (stopped three or four times to adjust the baler - I was making near black hole density bales to start), and noticed the tires starting to show wet from early dew, so I decided to stop for the night. Will finish baling Monday and get it all stacked in the mow.
