Update on 8N shutting down

I found all the screens they all seemed ok and I got a gas line at the local auto parts store painted it last night put it on today and switched the coil like it was suppose to be and two hours later the pasture is mowed no hiccups at all. Thanks everybody!

For those reading this if you have a inline filter please take it off and throw it as far from your tractor as possible and get the line that is suppose to be on it.

in line filters will work;the trick is
finding the one that will.

both of my tractors came with inline filters, happily i guess they're both the good kind

i did make one concession - on the ford, i rerouted things so the plastic filter was not actually touching the manifold

Place I buy most of my parts at always ask if someone is buying an inline filter if it's under pressure or gravity feed. None of my gravity feed tractors have an inline filter. Just been in there when people have ask for inline filters.
