no fire

ive got fire all the way to coil but none to plugs.ive replaced plugs,wires and points,rotor button and distributor cap and also a brand new distributor..points have been set at .015 but not able to get tractor to even hit..any help out there?

strap wire in dist.

New to this post but I have been struggling with my 9N all spring and I am at the same point, except once in a while my will fire and run for a minute or so, then sputter and die.
You didn't mention replacing the condenser, but I assume you did since you replaced everything else in that vicinity. I'd check to see if you have spark at the plugs.
