dozer blade cable style Kirk nj

what brand is this dozer blade. he wants 50$ for it am I a fool to not buy .he said there were no brackets frame bolts to front of motor and axle bolts . the frame must stay on all would be a bear to remove

I cant upload pic . I will try to describe. square tube down both sides . one cable and pulley on right side . the front blade has lots of linkage arms to blade . the part that bolts to front of motor has u bolts to adjust down main beams. I sure wish I could send pic
