spark plug boot lube

is there a product out there that can be put on spark plug boots to keep said boots from sticking to plugs?

It's called dielectric grease - available at your local auto parts store.

Same stuff also good on Radiator hoses. I remember we use to use it in the military on a lots of rubber parts.Helps protect from dry rot.
 
yup, silicone grease.

occasionally you see it in both small tubes and little cups. it can be seen in both the electric and plumbing sections of most hardware stores. it's also sold as valve grease..e tc.. most any silicone grease should work for what you want to do.
 
Steve.........yep, silicon grease. Had my 9-yo son replace the sparkies on my eazy starting 6-volt 52-8N. I bought a set of Chevy V-8 COPPER-CORE sparkie wires from HOT-ROD shop 'cuz it had right-angle sparkie booties that fit under the gastank. Used silicon dia-electric grease. ........HTH, the amazed Dell, yer self-appointed sparkie-meister
