I have never seen these before . No need to replace that worn hub , just shove it in a little further with this special washer .

I am down to two hubs I am still trying to get off . This one with an extra slotted washer did not leak !

Cool a hacked up shadtree fix just what we need...

The drum are the hub had to be hitting something Ford did not leave much wiggle room.. I do like the way they thought tho... :D

've tried that, but as Hobo says, it is only a matter of time until the hub rubs the bearing retainer or in my case the brake assembly. New axle & hub fixed it!

nice
as said, though, bet there were some rub-worn shiny spots when you took it apart.

When I have no money...often...I go the other way and make shims out of steel banding material. Tiny 'L' bend and grease on the end to keep them in place during assembly. Big torque applied every day for weeks to set em. works fine.
(even did the shim routine on a worn out JD hand clutch driver...works fine..Don't tell the Green guys)
