Overrun clutch problem

Just picked up an 8n this past weekend for a great deal . problem I have ran into is when trying to hook up my rotary cutter . I went to install an overrun clutch I used on my 2n and the output shaft is 1 3/8 but the bigger issue is there isn't a holeall the way thru for a roll pin , any idea on what override clutch I need? Also the shaft isn't grooved

In the photo, it looks like there might be a pin broken off in the hole, you could try tapping it with a punch. Someone might have used a bolt and
broke it.

I'd bet a nickel that's a whole in the shaft with
something through it. They wouldn't make one
without either a pin whole or a spline notch all of the
way around. It would never be useable!

greed. Also, does not look like enough length. May retainer slipped & it should be out further?
