majic paint

I just painted my 8n tractor with majic paint from tractor supply and I was exited after painting it looked like a show tractor like I was hoping it would, I did spend five months doing it as I dissembled the tractor and painted each piece separately and after reinstalling it back together it looked amazing but after three months I developed a small fuel leak that went down my oil filter canister and then down the left side of the engine block and the fuel bubbled the paint and I rubbed it and the paint came write off so the paint is not fuel resistant I was so disappointed that I spent all that time and know it looks terrible if I had known that the paint wasn't fuel resistant I would have not used it in the first place.

I don't know of any paint that is fuel "proof" and certainly not when new.
At three months I would hope it would be better than that though.

Did you use spray cans or the bulk paint mixed and sprayed with a paint gun?
If the latter, did you use the recommended reducer and hardener in it?
