Hard to tell specifically what you are asking.

Can a naa use a stinger pump? Yes. Will a loader and pump from an an fit an naa? Maybee, depends on the loader and brackets.

I need only the pump.This guy has two for sale that came off an 8n tractos.My old pump is a vickers vane pump that went bad.

TOH of this site is a master machinist and offers a Hydraulic gear pump that adapts to the gear drive housing end of your NAA vane pump.
Great deal that includes new fittings and hoses.

Hydraulically it will work fine. But the mechanical mounts for affixing the pump to the loader/tractor may not match up and the shaft may be a different size necessitating a different shaft coupler. There is nothing standard about any of these old loaders so you would have to see/measure the differences.
