I have a pair of hat rims that are decent (no repairs and not rusted valve stem holes), 50% 11.2x28 matched fire stones and 9n/2n center disc's. What are they worth?

Location is key because shipping would be a killer.
Beside that, no one knows the condition of the inside of the
rims until the tires are removed so that they can be inspected.

The condition of the tires as to weather cracking/aging would
mean a lot too. Not just the tread depth.

In my area I would put the tires at about $200/pr if not badly
weather cracked. The rims, at a gamble, maybe $100 each.

If I were looking to buy them I would roll them around.
If I heard rust moving around inside my estimate would drop.

Like Royce said unless the tires are off there is no way to know what shape rims are really in. I had one hat rim that looked great on outside how ever once tire was removed it was completely rusted out on inside. SWMBO didn't even want it for a fire pit ring.

I bought a 1946 2N 3 years ago thinking the rear wheels (top hats) were in good shape . Last winter both rear tires went flat almost at the same time. I had the local farm tire dealer come out to put in new tubes and found out both rims were so rusty they couldn't be used. The rust also damaged the bead on the tires so bad they were no good as well. It ended up costing me $900 before the day was over. Just because they look good on the outside doesn't men their good on the inside.

not new, good, usable, hold air tires, on good-looking rims,[i:87845dab3f] not loaded[/i:87845dab3f].
With 9N centers, $350-$400 for the set.
With 8N centers which would fit many models...$450-$500 the set.

Might take a while to sell, but they will.
Get offers you don't like? shrug, walk away, and say "Nevermind, I'll leave em in the shed, I'll need them eventually"

2 tire examples I've looked at recently in my area, small businesses.
Not loaded, 9.5-24's on Farmall A rims.....very nice set off a teardown..$450 set.
Not loaded, matching 11.2-28's on 9N hatrims. nice set, decent tread, good rims....$500 the set (I considered this deal, but I think I might buy the whole tractor to get em...better deal)
Neither seller will budge an inch. They know they will get their price and they are patient.
