Carry all on a 8n

There have been a lot of posts about homemade carry all?s, so I thought I would show mine. My FIL made it to go on the bucket of his Ford 1710, he bolted his homemade
forks to the bucket and the box bolted to the forks. He passed away this last Oct. and left me the tractor and all the attachments, my wife and I keep the place up,
mowing the fields, the lawns and snow plowing etc. I now use the carry all on my 8n tph and my homemade forks with the addition of a couple brackets and a long rod to
hold it in place. I included a picture of Dad on his 1710.

Carry all is a very useful implement. I keep one on an 8N all the time. Probably use it more than anything else.

I have done amazing wheelstands with an 8N and a load of firewood! I would keep my hand on the lift control and drop it at the first sign or raring up.

Just showed the picts to my 81 yr old Dad. He's was a farmer/Shepard when he was young. Still plants about 150 to 200 plants a year to make sauce. He's asking what type of tomatoes you have there?

Grape tomatoes in the bucket. Red Deuce and
Burpee Early Pick in the boxes. Brandywines
and Cherokee Purple are later season. What
do you plant

Dad plants about 125 plants of Roma for the sauce.
Along with the Burpee Cherry and the Burpee Big Boy which are like the Beef Steaks which are my favorite.

Is that a black on black 2004 Eddie Bauer Expedition sharing the garage with the N? If it is I have the twin in my driveway.

here is a couple of pictures of my carry all's and dump buckets.

loader forks, work platform and dump bucket

Looks good. The carry-all is a good, not that costly, implement to have around. Weather you make you own or buy a frame and add some wood. Here's a photo of my wife planting potatoes on ours. I also have a bigger one that dumps that I use for firewood.

You're a good man, Kirk. I always like to make it easier for my wife in the garden; I never plant more than she can cultivate! ;)
