Video of that 1950 8N with the weird manifold running

Nothing to see in this video and it's only ten seconds long.
Just thought I'd let you guys here how it runs.
It obviously isn't running right. Tell me what you hear.
Engine newly rebuilt by someone, no idea who.
It has 120PSI compression on all cylinders dry/cold.

Thank you Den, yes, definitely an exhaust leak there.
There was one at the exhaust pipe connection too.
I could feel that one with my hand.
The gurgle/bubbling sound kind of has me scratching my head.

After I took the manifold off and turned it over, this little guy
rolled out of it. Most of you will recognize it as the choke flapper
spring. I have yet to find the flapper itself. It is MIA. :shock:

May have have had a small internal leak between intake and exhaust. It's rare, but happens. It's next to impossible to figure out. the engine will run smooth as a sewing machine, but the exhaust will sound like you have a miss on a couple of cylinders. if it's bad enough, you'll have a little carbon in one intake port.
