So I got the rear end all back together, hop on the seat, push the button...nothing. Not even a click. Battery is charged so where do i start?

I did leave the key on by accident and drained the battery, but it has a full charge now and now difference.

Yes.

Put it in 1st gear and rock it back and forth in case the bendix is jammed to the flywheel. (Just happened to the neighbor )

If that doesn't work get out your meter. You should see battery voltage at the rear of the solenoid. Press the starter button and post back with what you find on the other side of the solenoid.

If it were to be the points, shouldn't it at least turn over or click?

Yes, it should roll over with the starter. Even with key off.
You said 9N, so you have a mechanical switch under the battery
tray. Have you tried jumping that with jumper cables or a big
screwdriver? Be sure it is in neutral if you try either of those.

If that doesn't work, I would check for bad connections.
Starter mount point, both ends of the battery cables, etc.
