ressure is load dependent. Light weight=low pressure, heavy weight=high pressure. Chain the arms down to get full pressure reading of 1600 psi.

IF it stays up overnight, WITH A LOAD on it, then, probably eliminates most leak points. With no load, doesn't mean much. IF no leaks, then pump & overpressure valve are suspects.

im kinda dont have a clue what to do next....i would like your advice of what to do next....thanks for your help

was heavy on the word "if"......did it in fact hold up a LOAD overnight? Or just empty arms?

Earlier I said over pressure relief valve or pump. Over pressure valve is cheaper & easier to change, so I would try it first. Check for visual relief while arms chained & trying to lift & then change it if indicated early relief or simply go ahead and replace it.

IF a man could check the ability of the system to hold pressure while the pump was in a static mode...

cxsr I assume by shredder you mean a bush hog..
I raise it up shut the engine off then stand on the back of the hog and jump my fat arse up and down. If it falls down a little each time the pressure relief valve would be a good place to start...

I have for a short time fix a relief issue this way but the issue always returned in short order.
