Lenth of a 8N Radial Arm

I thought and was told that all radial arms on 8n tractors were the same length. I found a pair of arms on Ebay to replace the ones on my 48 since both have been welded. The replacement arms are 39.5 inches long and my old ones are 37.5 inches long. Can I make the replacement ones work. Also, the replacement ones seen to be lighter in weight. Thanks for your help.

39.5 inch radius rods fit the later 2N tractors.
I would contact the seller and see if he'll take them back.
Maybe he has a set for an 8N and will swap.

When I said later 2N's, I meant to specify oval radius rods as
opposed to the I-beam rods on earlier tractors.
