ergonomics ??? (sp)

It would be interesting to be pulling a plough or mowing hay with a left handed hydraulic control on my MF 35 or the TEA 20 or the 8N............:)

I'm thinking it is because when using most implements, you are often looking over your right shoulder. you can also keep one hand on the hyd lever.

I thinl its because the molboard plow throws dirt that way making the dead furrow on the right side on ur next pass.

seems most plows turn dirt to the right, even horse drawn. so where did that come from? whim of the designer?

Who knows,
I had a D14 AC tractor, the lift lever was on the left side of the steering wheel, the traction control lever was on the right side.

Never thought about its placement at the time, after a few rounds it just becomes natural, you adjust.

It was a great old tractor, if they had installed 3 pt. hitch back the day, not snap couple, they might still be making them.

If the field was close by I could be hooked to the plow and plowing before you could get a 3 pt. Hitch plow connected.
