N shop manual - different editions

I posted this photo of the two shop manuals I have for working on my '52 8N. The red one seems to have a lot more information, but it also cost more. How many other versions of the shop manual are there? Anybody have an original?

Well of course ford put out ones but then there are also Jennings and I-T and probably a few others out there

The only OEM manuals I am aware of are the Ford 8N Service Training Manual and the Ford 120 Industrial Engine Manual. IMO as shop manuals go the service training manual isn't real impressive. The industrial engine manual on the other hand is quite detailed and contains info not in the I&T but only addresses the engine itself.

I only have the IT manual and I know I need to get another one as the IT isn't all that extensive but very affordable so what do you expect.

If I was to only get one more manual, my common sense tells me I should get the Ford one.

Is that what you all would suggest also?
