No offence but...
Yes it's nice.
But it's a 2N.
No drawbar and no position control.
To say nothing about live hydraulics, more gears, possibly live PTO, power steering and other features you can get on a 600, 801, 2000, 3000, 4000 many of which are also in that $3500 range.

Look at picture 6. What kind of bar is that running from each lift arm over the PTO on the rear housing? I would assume it keeps the arms from swinging in so it acts as a sway control. I've never seen anything like that one. Seems pretty slick as long as the pipe was sturdy enough.

I've never seen anything like it either. It is interesting. Don't know what the piece above it was used for that comes off the rear housing/

In my area $1800 might buy a clapped-out, paint chipped, rusty, that hasn't had the engine opened up in 50 yrs. one, not anything as nice as that. With new(er) tires, rebuilt engine (not sure what that means in this case) and paint job that's probably not a bad price if you are in the market for a 2N. I've been looking at the 2000 to 4000s in my area and that price might get you a worn out hulk on an average day. I did see a 3600 with a blown head gasket and needing tires soon that you could get for about $3,700. Nice shape but no experience with doing a head gasket on a diesel, no time to do it, and no idea what someone would charge to do it so I passed.

I'm close to the big city with lots of small "gentleman" farms so small tractors bring bigger dollars, your experience may vary.

Edit: I noticed the 3600 I mentioned above is in the sale coming up next weekend (same auctioneer/owner of the tractor), says the engine has been rebuilt. I'll try to report what sort of bid it draws now.
