Took her out today to the West End Fair in Gilbert, PA for the tractor pulls.
Won 2 - 3rd place trophies.

That's great! Congrats.

I'd probably never do that thinking that I would shorten the life of my clutch. :D

You must have used wheel weights & front ballast, right?

Loaded tires?

T

Thank you, T. I was nervous, not going to lie lol

Just loaded tires, no weights. I was really impressed the way it pulled.

Congratulations. Too busy to take the loader off the row crop or I would have been there. What class did you pull in?
If you like to pull bring your tractor up to jacktown in Bangor in Oct. The scale runs a little light and without wheel
weights and a full tank of gas you could probably make the 2500 lb class.
Also third weekend in sept we have a show, ford feature, at washington crossing. If you would like to bring your
tractor down you are more than welcome. I'm hoping for a good ford turn out.

Hey Kirk, thank you.

It weighed in at 3020lbs. Tires are loaded. So I pulled in 3000 and 3500.
I will definitely be at Jacktown in October. I'm hooked now lol
Might go to New Foundland fair - Labor Day weekend.

I tried to click on that site link, but it says that it's under construction.

Click on where it sez send mail and email me. I can send you a copy of the flyer for the show.

pretty sure West end is a sled pull. It is hard to wear your clutch pulling transfer sled, because when you let the clutch out you are pulling at very little resistance.

Hi Showcrop,

As usual I'm a babe in tractorland.

I was thinking of the beginning of some I watched, where it seemed like some time before one's foot would be off the pedal. Then there's that one where the tractor literally explodes in half.

Not something I'm drawn to. :D

Yes, it is a sled pull.

I have never seen an N in a tractor pull before. Didn't think they were really up to the challenge. That's a nice looking tractor!
