at the auction today there was a white tractor with what I believe were ford pie weights. same looking mounting plate. did ford/white share the same wheel bolt pattern?

The 8 on 6" lug pattern might have been used on other tractors besides Fords. I don't know.
I did buy a set of pie weights that were cobbled onto a 4400 once - 8 on 8". They had made a plate that bolted to the center and then bolted the pie plate to that. Worked fine and didn't even look too bad.
