where to get an affordable 2 die handle?

When I threaded my mower spindles yesterday I was painfully reminded that I have not yet replaced my 2" die handle I broke earlier this year re cutting threads on an axle.

My die set has some large 2" sae and pipe dies that need the 2" handle.

The bulk of the dies are 1.5" round. I comes with an adapter to use the 2" handle, but I also have a 1.5" handle. I also have a set of 1" round and hex smaller metric and # size dies with a couple spare handles floating.

I dislike the cheap brittle carbon steel sets, or the sets with pot metal handles, including the TiN alloy steel set I'm posting a link to. ( I think mine are tungsten? ) had em 15 ys, don't remember.

Anywho, I order some tap and die stuff from Shars tool company as they have always had about the best prices I can find. for instance their 2" die handle I need is a minuscule 8$ but out of stock and heavily back ordered.

I've looked around on ebay and whatnot and many are asking 60$ plus steep shipping for a 2" die handle.

There are a few types. 3 screw and 4 screw. of the 3 screw there are ones where the lock screws are about 45' apart.. mine is like that. some have them 90' apart.

My dies need the 45' one.

Looking around, I'd prefer not to pay 59$ plus 12$ shipping for a handle alone... and that's the best price I can find so far. that's 71$... for that I can run down to the local harbor freight and buy the 85$ kit I'm posting a link to, using a 20% coupon for 73$ tax included.. and then have ? 40 free chitty TiN taps and dies to use on throw away projects ??

Mind you I'm browsing from a phone not setting at a pc, so maybe I have missed something. At this point, I'd even take one of the alloy handles that are 10-15$ if I could find one.
.. but shipping is.. alas.. 13$

I see another 19$ one, again.. no picture.. it has a possibility of free shipping.

I have an email in to both sellers for more info,

Anyone else got ideas.

Our local 'vermont' delaer is small time and doesn't even have an updated catalog. ;)

ps, the link attached shows a similar type of handle I have ( had ) with ? 45' screw spacings.
I THINK I see one on ebay for 19$ but the pic won't display right on a phone, the pic loads to the side of the screen and I can't see the handle. Looks like a cheapy

Enco is now owned by MSC and sells the lower end of the MSC product line. Same stuff at 1/2 or so what it sells for on the MSC site. Much bigger company than Shars with better inventory and service. No need to call - just create an account and buy it online.
